Full Job Description
Airport Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Representative, our receptionists serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating intermittent weekends. We will consider part-time if able to work 5 days a week from 12p-5:30p for a closing shift.

Compensation: $15-$20/hour* for each our worked, based on experience and skillset

Minimum qualifications and skillset:
1+ years of client service experience
Previous veterinary experience a plus!!!
Proficiency in the following skills
Client service and communication
Welcoming and discharging patients
Collaboration with other team members
Managing phone lines
Booking appointments/attention to detail
