**Duties:**
– Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
– Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic’s calendar
– Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
– Assist in medical record management and ensure accuracy of client information
– Process payments and invoices
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
**Experience:**
– Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
– Avimark computer system
– Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
– Proficiency in medical collection processes
– Understanding of aseptic techniques in a medical environment
