Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Handle check-ins and check-outs, including invoicing and payments
Provide general information and answer client questions
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Qualifications:
Previous veterinary receptionist experience required (1 yr minimum)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems and computer scheduling software
Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Passion for animals and commitment to client service
