Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Our hospital is located in the beautiful Queen Village section of Philadelphia. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your exceptional customer service skills and love for animals will contribute to creating a positive experience for both clients and their furry companions.
Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
– Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
– Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally
– Collect client information, update records, and ensure accuracy of all data
– Assist team members with tasks
– Process payments and handle invoices
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
– Provide general information about veterinary services, procedures, and products
– Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong customer service background and can multitask in a busy veterinary practice. Knowledge in veterinary medicine is a plus!
