Full time positions available. We are a growing veterinary clinic in the New Albany/Gahanna/Westerville/North East Columbus area. We are looking to add new members to our growing practice. As a full service location, we have on site laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasonography, a full surgical suite, on site dentistry and we are fully computerized. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
The receptionist duties will include but not be limited to: answering telephones, checking email system, greeting clients and patients, checking in and out owners, cash drawer balancing, scheduling appointments, directing calls, inventory intake and communicating with doctors, other team members and owners well. Most of the personnel are cross trained in our office so that there is a mutual understanding of all positions.
