ated, career-minded professionals to our already amazing team. We currently have a full-time opening as a Client Service Representative/Surgery Scheduler. The schedule would be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. What does this position entail? In this rewarding position you will be the cornerstone of an outstanding experience for our clients — more than answering phones, you will shine as a positive factor for pets and their parents experiencing unchartered situations. It can be challenging at times but having a good team supporting you makes all the difference. Our CSR/Scheduler position provides top-notch care to our clients while walking through the scheduling process for initial appointments, rechecks and surgical procedures. They are also responsible for answering questions, primary veterinarian communications, referrals, price quotes, and assisting our patient care coordinator. Our CSR is the front line of our department and works very closely with our board-certified surgeons and our patient care coordinator.
