Veterinary Receptionist at a private 1 doctor animal hospital in Mission Viejo, CA.
We are seeking a full time (4 day work week, 8am-8pm) veterinary receptionist that has strong client communication.
Receptionist: First point of contact for clients in the clinic, therefore must have excellent communication. Greeting clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner. Scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling emails and medical records. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Pay range is open to discussion depending on experience. Receptionist experience of 2 years required.
Working Sunday is required at this time.
