Desert Hills Animal Hospital is a busy, locally owned small animal veterinary practice, and we’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, and hardworking Veterinary Receptionist to join our amazing team! Our receptionists are often the first smiling face clients see—and the warm voice they hear—so this role is essential to the strong relationships we build with pets and their people.

Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out efficiently
- Scanning and maintaining accurate medical records
- Processing payments and assisting with client communications
- Providing client education and support
- Helping with a variety of front-desk tasks to keep the day running smoothly
