Key Responsibilities
Check in patients and greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the front desk
Complete necessary paperwork for patient visits
Obtain vital signs from patients upon arrival
Assist with patient check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and address client inquiries
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
