Hi! We’re Fetch, a family-owned group of five veterinary practices located in Florida and South Carolina. Our locations offer specialty services including Internal Medicine, Oncology (Medical and Radiation), Ophthalmology, Emergency &* Critical Care, and Surgery along with 24hr ER support from an outstanding team of Emergency Veterinarians. We’re seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to lead the Specialty Departments at our newest Fetch location in Clearwater, Florida.
As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Specialty Services department and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and client service. You will work closely with our team of veterinary specialists, technicians and support staff to uphold our high standards of quality and professionalism.
This is a working position and you will be on the floor leading the team 70% of the time, with 30% of your time spent on office and clerical work including schedules, reviews, and workflow management.
Ideally, you will have managed a specialty team but we will consider experienced Specialty Technicians for the position.

Responsibilities
Ensure excellent patient care by leading by example, team training, and supervision
Implement and maintain policies and protocols for the Specialty Services department
Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements
Credentialed Veterinary Technician – Required; VTS – Preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
