Job Description

As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our veterinary clinic operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing all practice operations, including staffing, inventory control, and facility maintenance.

Recruiting, training, and supervising office staff to ensure adherence to practice protocols and procedures.

Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, payroll management, and vendor relationship maintenance.

Ensuring compliance with DEA and OSHA regulations and other relevant legal requirements.

Developing and implementing efficient office procedures and patient record systems.

Mediating and resolving conflicts among staff members and addressing client concerns professionally.

Collaborating with veterinary professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and client service.

Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the practice.

Staying current with veterinary terminology and best practices in veterinary practice management.

Facilitating clear communication between pet owners, staff, and veterinarians to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experienced or Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with a minimum of 1-year management experience preferred or 3+ years veterinary experience preferred

knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital

Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator

Highly organized and possess computer skills

Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset

Open availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospital’s needs

Additional Information

Pay range:

$80-$90k annually, depending on experience
