We’re looking for a Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team at Liberty Pet Care where we’re not just focused on excellent patient care, we’re committed to building a positive, high-performing workplace where everyone can thrive.
We’re seeking a self-driven leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-doctor, AAHA-accredited practice while aligning with our values of support, growth, and fun. You should have:
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to keep schedules, procedures, and priorities running smoothly across two busy locations.
Strong communication skills, especially in fostering collaborative relationships with DVMs, technicians, and support staff.
A sharp financial mind—you’ll be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and helping manage production goals with a focus on sustainability and profitability.
Marketing savvy, including experience with strategy, promotions, and especially social media management, to help grow our brand and engage our community.
Proven skills in pricing strategy and cost control, helping ensure fair pricing that supports both client satisfaction and business viability.
Leadership experience in the veterinary field or a closely related healthcare setting.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations at the clinic
Collaborate closely with our multi-practice owner, operations officer, and other hospital managers
Drive marketing initiatives across platforms—especially social media—to showcase our culture and attract new clients
Work with DVMs to implement and optimize pricing strategies and services
Manage financial performance, including payroll, vendor relations, inventory, and reports
Lead staff scheduling, performance reviews, and team-building activities
Uphold and enhance our AAHA standards and ensure an outstanding client experience
