Great Lakes Veterinary Dermatology (GLVD) is the first dermatology-specific practice in southeastern Wisconsin having opened its doors in January 2024! Owned and operated by Dr. Casey Stepnik, DACVD, GLVD specializes in the treatment and management of all skin disorders affecting dogs and cats, including allergy treatment, immune-mediated disorders, and ear and skin infections.
We are looking for a motivated and engaged Practice Manager to join our team as we continue to grow our practice! This role offers an exciting opportunity to join and lead a small team committed to serving pets in need. Ideal candidates will jump at the chance to oversee the daily operations of the clinic with responsibilities in areas such as client service, clinical operations, human resources, financial management, safety, facilities, IT, and marketing. As a newer clinic, we are looking for someone who doesn’t shy away from navigating uncertainty and takes the initiative to develop processes and workflows. We need a critical thinker and problem solver to help us get the practice up and running. In addition to being the primary management leader, there may be the occasional need to support client service and the clinical teams when the clinic gets busy, so client service and clinical experience is a plus!
