Reports To: Owner & Medical Director

What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers) Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and motivate our amazing team of technicians, and GSRs
- Create schedules that keep things running smoothly (and keep your team smiling!).
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching that inspires growth.
- Hire top talent, train like a pro, and build a culture of positivity and accountability.
Scheduling & Flow
- Build weekly/monthly schedules and make sure all departments are ready to rock.
- Spot bottlenecks and fix them before they become problems.
- Collaborate with leads to ensure smooth appointments, surgeries, and patient flow.
Client Experience
- Be the go-to person for resolving guest concerns with empathy and care.
- Train the team to deliver top-tier exceptional guest service—warm welcomes, great communication, and memorable experiences.
- Working beside team, and able to perform other support roles as needed
Financial & Administrative Wizardry
- Oversee daily financial accuracy in Ezyvet.
- Assist with payroll, monitor timecards, and handle corrections like a boss.
- Track KPIs like client retention, average ticket, and productivity—and help us keep growing.
Inventory Heroics
- Order smart, track usage, and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with Medical Director to keep shelves stocked without going over budget.
- Build great relationships with vendors.
Strategic Operations
- Lead and participate in leadership meetings with ideas and solutions.
- Help us hit goals, grow the hospital, and make it an even better place to work and visit.
- Support marketing efforts and community outreach projects.
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of veterinary leadership or hospital management experience.
- CVPM- preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Deep knowledge of vet workflows, terminology, and software (Ezyvet users—we love you).
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Organizational wizardry and a passion for people development.
- KPI-savvy and excited to drive results!
- Technicial skills and customer service skills
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit or stand for long periods.
- Capable of lifting 40 pounds (sometimes our furry friends need a boost!).

Pay: From $39,500.00 per year
