We're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a regional veterinary hospital operation with ambitious growth plans to double in size over the next few years. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced clinical environments and has a track record of scaling operations, developing teams, and driving financial performance.
🔹 Lead hospital operations and partner with medical leadership
🔹 Own P&L performance, budgeting, and growth initiatives
🔹 Drive operational excellence and process improvement
🔹 Manage staffing, recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
🔹 Lead expansion and growth projects
🔹 Foster a strong culture focused on employee engagement and client experience
✅ 8+ years of progressive veterinary hospital leadership experience
✅ Experience managing a large hospital ($10M+ revenue) or multiple hospitals
✅ Strong financial, operational, and people leadership skills
✅ Experience with hospital expansion or growth initiatives strongly preferred
