What you’ll do as a Veterinary Assistant:
Client Support: Provide a positive, reassuring experience for pet parents, ensuring they feel confident about their pets’ well-being.
Procedural Assistance: Collaborate with doctors and technicians during treatment plans and surgical procedures, including safe restraint of pets.
Clinic Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean and organized, ensuring it’s in top condition for patients, clients, and staff.
Culture Champion: Embrace and exemplify Sploot’s core values, contributing to a happy, collaborative environment for both pets and team members.
Who you are:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary assistant.
Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work closely with veterinarians and technicians.
Enthusiasm: Passion for innovating and delivering best-in-class care whenever pets need it.
Organization & Efficiency: Detail-oriented, with a focus on productivity and clinic flow.
What Really Catches Our Eye:
Emergency/Urgent Care: Previous experience in ER or urgent care medicine.

Competitive Base Pay: $20–$24/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays.
