Job Summary:
Greet clients when they walk through the door and determine the reason for their visit
Answer phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments based on length of procedure, complexity, clients ability to pay
Maintain files, organize documents
Proficient with word and excel
Data entry
Order office supplies
Pay company bills on time
Send daily reports to our accountant
Send monthly statements and reminders
