Full Job Description
Starting pay is based on previous experience. Hiring additional Kennel/Technician Assistant for Small Animal Hospital in established McKinney, TX area. Seeking personable, self-motivated, responsible individual with good communication skills. Job requirements include daily care of animals involving walking, feeding/watering, cleaning cages, bathing, and medicating. Technician assistant skills preferred, but not required. Ability to restrain animals for treatment and lift up to 50 pounds is required. Janitorial duties such as sweeping/mopping, laundry, and cleaning hospital are also required. Must have reliable transportation. Part-time to Full-time – 7:30 AM to 6/6:30 PM. Some weekends and holidays are required. No smoking/e-cigarette/tobacco policy. All employees are subject to a drug test and background check. Resumes required.
