Responsibilities:
â–« Welcoming clients and patients with a warm and bright smile
â–« Assisting patient visits and procedures
â–« Preparing exam rooms / procedure rooms
â–« Answering phones, addressing client questions, scheduling patient visits
â–« Maintaining patient charts by recording, and updating electronic information in a paper light system
â–« Keep work area clean and organized
â–« Animal husbandry
Requirements:
â–« Previous work in the Veterinary field
â–« Customer service knowledge
â–« Exceptional team communications & client communication skills
â–« Strong work ethic & solid multi-tasking skills
â–« Speed and efficiency for fast paced daily duties
Buckeye Veterinary Clinic is a 2 doctor privately owned, companion animal practice that specializes in providing high quality, compassionate, and convenient care for our clients and patients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals, and we see our clients and patients as extended family. We provide many services such as wellness examinations, immunizations, surgery and dental services, radiology, and in-house laboratory testing.
We offer competitive wages and flexible hours as well as veterinary services program for both full time and part time team members, an excellent training program, and managerial support. Candidate must be flexible and able to work our evening hours.
