We are seeking a Hospital Manager with prior veterinary experience to lead our exceptional team and help us continue to deliver outstanding care to our clients and their pets. You will oversee daily operations of the veterinary hospital, including staff management, compliance with regulations, client inquiries, and partner with veterinarians to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment, working closely with all team members to ensure the highest standards of care.
REQUIREMENTS
:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Supportive team leader who listens to their team and is approachable.

Competitive Salary: $50k – $58k per year base salary (BOE)*
