leadership
team as
Veterinary Hospital Manager.
The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The Hospital Manager’s role, in
collaboration
with the Regional Manager and Chief of Staff, is to maximize the productivity, profitability, and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters
leadership
and development of the entire team.
Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager include but are not limited to:
Operational oversight of our hospital, including leadership of a team of technicians and receptionists.
Managing financial and business development of the practice, including managing a budget and key performance indicators.
Overseeing client care.
Ensuring client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.
We are looking for candidates with:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
Excellent interpersonal communication.
Conflict resolution.
Presentation skills.
A grasp of the daily management of revenues, inventory, and payroll.
If you have
two or more years of management and business operations experience
, preference will be given to those candidates. Individuals with prior veterinary hospital management or
leadership
experience are encouraged to apply.
