We are looking for a dedicated and personable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. With seven experienced doctors on staff, we are a trusted leader in pet healthcare, committed to delivering exceptional medical care to our animal companions.

Job Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival.
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our services.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate records.
Present service estimates and process payments.
Liaise between clients and doctors, conveying messages and information accurately.
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and professional.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling software.
A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
