Summary
As a Part Time Veterinary Receptionist / CSR, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer service and support at the front desk of our veterinary practice. Your core skills in veterinary experience and animal handling will enable you to assist clients effectively while ensuring the well-being of their pets. With proficiency in computer skills, you will manage appointments and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records using computer systems.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and pet care.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized, creating a welcoming environment.
Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Assist in animal handling and restraint as needed during client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
