Los Angeles Animal Specialty Emergency & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Referral and Marketing Coordinator to join our new state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in Los Angeles, California.
LAASER is a privately owned Emergency & Critical Care and Multi-Disciplinary veterinary hospital in the heart of Los Angeles, CA! We offer Internal medicine, Cardiology, Surgery, Rehabilitation & Integrative Medicine, Dentistry & Oral Surgery, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Anesthesiology and Emergency & Critical Care in our brand-new, state-of-the-art 6000 SQ FT facility in Glassell Park, CA.
You will be 10 minutes away from some of Los Angeles coolest neighborhoods: Silverlake, Highland Park, Echo Park, Atwater Village and Pasadena, 20 minutes from Angeles National Forest and 30 minutes from Santa Monica Beach!
In this position, you will work to strengthen our relationships with existing referring veterinarians and to develop new referral business throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Partnering with Senior Management and other departments to build a comprehensive network strategy to support market growth
Fosters and maintains strong collaborative relationships with the veterinary community
Marketing and promoting new service lines to primary care veterinarians
Visiting primary care veterinarians and updating them on our services and specialists
Creating marketing materials
Acting as a liaison between the primary care community and our hospitals
Planning continuing education seminars and events
Updating and maintaining our website
Creating and implementing employee engagement strategy
Creating and implementing social media recruiting strategy
Other duties as assigned and modified at the Manager’s discretion.
Required Skills:

Previous marketing experience.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Knowledge of the veterinary industry and terminology.

Reliable transportation.
Ability to travel to conferences, work some evenings and weekends.
