Academy Animal Care is a fast paced, innovative, full service, 5 doctor small animal companion practice. We are passionate about what we do and we desire the same qualities in our employees. Duties will include all aspects of client communication and interaction, medical record maintenance and filing, answering multi-line telephone system, and invoicing of medical and surgical services. Experience with AVIMARK software and previous medical office experience is also highly desired. We are looking for a candidate who is hard working, friendly, and seeking to build a long-term professional relationship. We offer a competitive salary, full time benefits, and an environment of professional learning. Salary will commensurate with experience. Evenings and rotating weekend shifts will be required.
