Our team is tight-knit, well-trained, and led by a full-time hospital manager. Multiple team members have been with us for over 5 years – indicating a positive and productive work environment. We are a busy practice, but low-stress and enjoy making each other laugh!
We are open Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5:30pm. NO WEEKENDS!!
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative includes but is not limited to:
Greeting clients in a friendly and welcoming manner
Schedule outpatient, surgical and technician appointments accurately and in a manner that ensures patient/client needs as well as clinic needs are met
Process client transactions efficiently and accurately, ensure that the client leave the clinic with all intended items
Handle cash, check, credit/debit card transactions accurately and appropriately document transactions
Create and update client and patient records in our Practice Management System (we utilize Avimark)
Accurately update patient vaccine history/reminders
Basic client education related to Mission Oaks Vet standard recommendations on animal husbandry, wellness care and disease/parasite prevention
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of client areas
1 year of customer service experience required
1 year Veterinary experience preferred, but not required
Avimark experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
