Veterinary Client Service Representative
Duties:
– Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to clients
– Check-in and check-out clients and their pets, ensuring accurate record-keeping
– Collect payments for services rendered and process invoices
– Assist with filing and organizing paperwork
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
– Provide support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
– Knowledge of basic animal care and medical terminology
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
Note: Dog training and pet grooming experience is not required for this position.
