Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing receptionist to join our team at Sunset Veterinary Hospital. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys multitasking independently, and is able to work in a time sensitive, fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday availability required
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to emails efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- Prepare invoices and collect payments
- Assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
