Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle yourself professionally in a fast paced work environment.
Positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
Organized with an eye for detail.
The ability to work well under pressure while completing tasks with a sense of urgency
Punctual, dependable and able to work weekends.
The ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch climb ladders, as well as lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a timely, courteous and professional manner and check them in for appointments.
The ability to manage a multi-line phone system, take messages as needed and use an intercom system.
Complete all daily clerical and administrative tasks including, but not limited to emails, voicemail, faxes, PetDesk, medication requests, Callbacks and confirming appointments/procedures
Answer basic questions clients may have in regards to preventative care and/or general pet care without diagnosing over the phone
Field and answer any questions clients may have regarding their pets.
Maintaining and cleaning lobby, front desk as well as exam rooms, up to and including stocking supplies and cleaning
Full time employees eligible for benefits after 60 day probationary period.
