Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and their pets
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
Process invoices, check-ins/check-outs, and payments
Maintain accurate client records
Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Prior experience in veterinary or medical office setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
