Just For Paws is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be responsible for client relations for our growing practice. Veterinary experience and medical knowledge is a must! Please do not apply if you have not had some employment in a veterinary hospital. The CSR position entails accepting transactions, daily accounting, phone consultations, medication refills, emails/text, and client call-backs. Food ordering and maintenance of that inventory will also be part of the responsibilities. Knowledge of Intravet, VetSource/Patterson and Weave are a plus. Being sweet, but firm is necessary in this position. You will be essential in fostering strong customer relationships while providing expert support in veterinary care. Your core skills in animal handling and veterinary terminology will enable you to assist pet owners effectively. With a solid foundation in the veterinary experience, you will address inquiries and concerns while promoting the well-being of animals. Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
