What You’ll Be Doing
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you are the first and last impression of our clinic. You will play a key role in keeping the front desk running smoothly and ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
Answering high-volume phone calls with confidence and compassion
Checking patients in and out
Reviewing services, estimates, and invoices with clients
Processing payments and balancing the register
Communicating clearly with doctors and technicians to keep appointments flowing
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
Helping keep the lobby clean, calm, and organized
What We’re Looking For
Previous veterinary reception experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Comfort handling financial conversations with professionalism
Basic computer skills and ability to learn practice management software
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Valid driver’s license
