Love animals? Love people? We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our veterinary hospital.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our CSR, you’re the first person clients and their pets see. You’ll manage the front desk, coordinate appointments, handle payments, and keep the hospital running smoothly — all while creating a warm, professional experience for every visitor.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Greet clients, check in appointments, and manage walk-ins and emergencies
· Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
· Schedule appointments based on patient needs and clinic capacity
· Process payments, prepare estimates, and explain invoices clearly
· Create and maintain accurate client and patient records
· Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and products
· Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and welcoming
· Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Friendly, professional demeanor — even on the busiest days
· Minimum 1 year customer service experience (veterinary/medical preferred)
· Comfortable with computers and able to learn new software quickly
· Strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure
· Genuine compassion for animals and their owners
· Clear communicator with a positive, team-first attitude
· High school diploma required; must be 18+
· Able to lift 40 lbs; stand and move throughout your shift
· Available for some weekend shifts
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Exposure to animal sounds, odors, waste, and risk of bites/scratches
· Emotional situations including illness, euthanasia, and grieving clients

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
