Job Overview
At Feline Medical Clinic we are passionate about cats and helping our cat owners.
We are looking to add an experienced part-time veterinary customer service representative who prioritizes excellent customer service and loves talking with people about their cats.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Provide feedback on customer concerns to improve overall service quality.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Promote additional products or services when appropriate to meet customer needs.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience in sales or office environments is advantageous.
Familiarity with call center operations and client services.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Proficient in data entry and computerized systems for efficient record keeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
