Summary
As the Front Desk / Scheduling Team Member at Critter Care Veterinary Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while managing our 3 doctors schedules to support our veterinary team in delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Manage medical scheduling for appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with veterinary standards.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, addressing client needs effectively.
Assist in managing billing processes and insurance claims as needed.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to enhance patient care and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a veterinary office setting preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Comfortable with scheduling software and general computer use
A genuine love for animals and a team-first attitude
