Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Oversee daily clinic functions including appointment scheduling, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and facility hygiene.
Ensure strict adherence to veterinary regulations, health and safety protocols, and internal clinic policies.
Maintain effective vendor management, including procurement and negotiation of service and supply contracts.
Be flexible to support front-desk/reception duties when necessary to ensure smooth client flow.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Track clinic performance across budgeting, invoicing, expense control, and payroll coordination.
Collaborate with ownership and finance team to develop pricing strategies and generate monthly business performance reports.
Ensure accuracy in patient, staff, and operational records using veterinary practice software (EZYVET preferred).
Monitor and manage inventory to reduce waste and ensure availability of critical supplies.
Team Leadership & HR Management
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of veterinary support staff including receptionists and technicians.
Develop staff rosters, manage leaves, conduct performance evaluations, and support continuous learning and improvement.
Cultivate a respectful and team-driven workplace culture with clear communication channels and professional conduct.
Client Experience & Service Quality
Champion a welcoming and empathetic environment for clients and their pets.
Address and resolve client concerns or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Support front-desk functions to optimize client check-in/check-out processes and promote service satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Technology, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of clinic management experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or similar animal healthcare facility in Dubai.
Proficiency in veterinary management software – EZYVET experience is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
