Full Job Description
At PetHealth UrgentCare, we provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care seven days a week from 10am to 7pm, helping pets when their primary vet is closed and before it’s serious enough for the ER. As our team grows, we’re looking for a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to help us deliver an exceptional experience to every client and patient who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
Be the warm, welcoming face and voice of our hospital—greeting clients in person and over the phone
Guide clients through check-in, triage, and discharge with kindness and professionalism
Accurately gather and input patient information in our practice management software
Manage scheduling, client communication, and financial transactions with precision and care
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Handle urgent situations with a calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in a veterinary setting (CSR, assistant, or technician roles)
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a calm and friendly demeanor
Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, urgent care environment
A team player mindset and a passion for helping people and their pets
Bonus if you have experience with platforms like PULSE, Weave, CareCredit, or Scratchpay (not required)
Position Details:
Part-time position with weekday and weekend availability required
Typical shift hours: 9:45am – ~7:30pm, depending on patient flow
Must be available to work some weekends and holidays (rotation-based)
