Full Job Description

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services and Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordinating daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visit, answering phones, and processing payments.

Available Shifts:

Varying shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm. Some weekend shifts required (with shift differential). May require working holidays (with premium pay).

This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.

Expected Salary:

$16-20

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field

More than two years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, and handling horses

This is a CARE position offering limited benefits, including health insurance and paid time off. When appropriate certifications are achieved, promotional opportunities to a level II title may be available. This position will also become eligible for transition into a TEAMS (staff) salary plan.

Health Assessment Required:
