Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet all clients and provide a welcoming experience
Manage incoming calls, take detailed messages, and address client inquiries
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services to assist clients effectively
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high patient care standards
Accurately document client and patient records
Understand infectious diseases, prevention strategies, and transmission control measures
Handle cash transactions, including deposits and invoicing
Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues and clients
Availability for days, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary setting
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn from experienced Veterinary Technicians and Doctors
Dependable, motivated, and proactive in daily tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Experience with emergency veterinary care is a plus but not required
Familiarity with Ezyvet and SmartFlow is beneficial but not mandatory
