Apex Veterinary Specialists is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Greenwood Village, CO! Apex is proud to serve Denver and the surrounding cities with exceptional specialty care in a state-of-the-art facility!

CSR Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Greet clients on the phone and in person
Client communication (written and oral)
Guiding the client and their pets through the appointment process
Processing payment transactions
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Presenting and explaining fees
Client education on hospital services and care options
Management of medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
Communicating as a liaison between the medical team and the clients as needed.
Hospital maintenance and ensuring the hospital is always neat and clean, both inside and outside.

A strong desire to learn from their peers within the veterinary hospital.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – a genuine interest and enthusiasm in client education and communication.
Proficiency in typing, comfort managing multiple email inboxes and record systems simultaneously.

Experience Required:

Experience in customer service and reception (required – 2 years minimum)
Veterinary-specific experience (strongly preferred, not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour; Commensurate with experience.

Schedule:

10 hour shifts – Full-time schedule consists of 4 shifts per week.
