Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional service and support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

– Provide outstanding patient care by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Appointment scheduling

– Medical billing and accounts receivable

– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Skills:

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

– Excellent problem-solving abilities

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

– Knowledge of animal husbandry, medical collection, kennel operations, animal care, aseptic technique, dog training, equine care, pet grooming, veterinary terminology, and animal handling is a plus

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required

– Previous veterinary experience required

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy

– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
