We’re currently looking for a caring, organized, and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to be the first friendly face our clients and patients see when they walk through our doors.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves animals and people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to support our veterinary team in delivering exceptional care. As our receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our clients while keeping the front desk running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Warmly greet clients and their pets, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
Answer phones, respond to questions about our services, and guide clients with empathy and clarity.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar to support efficient patient flow.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical collections as needed.
Process payments and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Provide helpful information on wellness care, treatment options, and our recommended products.
Occasionally assist with animal handling during exams (training provided if needed).
What We’re Looking For:
A compassionate, client-focused attitude with a sincere love for animals.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Comfort with computers and veterinary practice software (we’ll train the right person!).

Familiarity with medical collections, animal restraint, or basic veterinary terms is a plus.
