Veterinary Client Service Representative Jobs in Greenville, SC at State Ave Vet

We’re looking for a part-time CSR (Client Service Representative) to join our front desk team. This is not just answering phones—it’s juggling scheduling, helping stressed pet parents, supporting the medical team, and keeping things running smoothly. If you thrive in a busy environment and know how to keep your cool, we want to hear from you.

Must-Haves:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role (veterinary or medical field preferred)

People person with strong communication skills—you’ll be the first and last face our clients see

Animal lover who’s comfortable around dogs, cats, and the occasional nervous pet

Computer savvy (Cornerstone experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person)

Team player—we don’t do ego here, we all pitch in

Willing to clean—yep, we all do it: mopping, trash, bathrooms, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting clients with professionalism and warmth

Answering phones, scheduling appointments, triaging calls

Processing invoices and payments

Managing records, reminders, and follow-ups

Assisting with cleaning and light clinic support as needed

Communicating clearly with clients and teammates—before, during, and after appointments

Schedule:

Part-time: Monday & Wednesday 7:30am to 5:30PM
