Location: Epic Specialty & Emergency Pet Care – St. Petersburg, FL

Epic Specialty & Emergency Pet Care is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

Epic is a locally owned specialty and emergency veterinary hospital dedicated to providing compassionate, cutting-edge care to the pets of St. Pete and surrounding communities. Our CSRs are the first and last impression clients have of our hospital—essential team members who ensure every client and patient feels supported, informed, and valued.
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and patients warmly in person and on the phone
Check patients in and out efficiently while managing client flow
Accurately input and manage patient records in our EMR system
Communicate treatment updates from doctors and technicians to clients
Assist with financial discussions, estimates, and processing payments
Coordinate appointment scheduling and referral intake
Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in emergency and emotionally charged situations
Support a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
What We’re Looking For:
Prior customer service experience required; veterinary or medical front desk experience strongly preferred
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written
Positive, team-first attitude and strong multitasking ability
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning veterinary software systems
Ability to stay composed and empathetic during high-stress situations
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus
