Overview
We are in need of a full-time Client Service Representative to join our hospital . We are a busy but small, three doctor, dog and cat hospital, that is proud of the high quality care that we provide for our patients.
As a member of our team, you will need to be responsible, loyal and dependable. We will expect you to help provide care for each patient with a positive attitude and a heart for client care and education.
Your duties may include but are not limited to positive client interaction, clear and calm communication, appointment management, record keeping, administrative tasks, financial transaction, must have organizational skills, technical proficiency and lots of compassion.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding animal care and veterinary services.
Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing their accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
Address any concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in an animal care or veterinary environment. .
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
A passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
