We are a veterinary hospital who has proudly been providing exceptional healthcare to the dogs and cats of the Forest Glen area for 60 years. We love our patients as if they are our own. Our staff is like family, and we are hoping to add an additional member.
Our CSRs are the first and last people with whom our clients interact – they are the face of this clinic. We need an articulate person with a friendly face and outstanding phone and computer skills.
What to expect:
· Discussions with clients regarding patient health, vaccines, and flea, tick, and heartworm prevention with clients, and learning to triage calls and requests
· Scheduling well pet and ill pet appointments, as well as emergencies
· Scheduling various surgical and medical procedures.
· Occasional discussions about and scheduling of quality of life and end of life care with owners for their pets.

Prior experience in the veterinary medicine or animal care fields is preferred. AVImark experience is a plus! Pay rate is commensurate with experience.
