About the Role:
As a Client Service Representative at Embassy Veterinary Center-Hardin Valley, you will be responsible for:

Receiving and placing calls to clients for scheduling purposes

Prioritizing multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner

Maintaining proper documentation through client and pet records
-
Assisting clients with necessary instructions, information, and invoices
-
Utilizing hospital computer systems to document medical records and communicate with clients and teammates
-
Managing the financial needs of the hospital by maintaining accurate balances and following proper cash and credit card handling procedures
Responsibilities / Qualifications:

Utilizing standard office/business equipment

Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures

Flexible schedule, including some weekend and holiday shifts

Ability to work independently and accept direction on given assignments

Strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and ability to manage stressful situations
