Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner.
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries about services and procedures.
Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate documentation.
Provide accurate estimates for services and handle financial transactions.
Liaise between clients and doctors, conveying messages and information accurately.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or medical setting.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
Genuine passion for animals and their well-being.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.
