We strive to provide the most thorough and up-to-date veterinary care while maintaining a unique and personalized approach for our clients.Our work environment includes:Modern facilites and equipmentFamily atmosphereMany highly experienced long-term staff membersOpportunities for personal and professional growthResponsibilities:- Schedule appointments with clients, contact clients with appointment reminders- Relay accurate and pertinent information to Veterinarians and Technicians to and from clients- Accurately check animals in and out of the clinic for veterinary care- Maintain accurate medical records for each animal- Assist in educating pet owners on proper animal care and treatment plans- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the veterinary clinicRequirements:- Experience in public-facing roles is required- Experience in animal handling preferred- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and veterinary staff- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
