We are seeking a reliable professional to join our team as a VCSR (Veterinary Client Service Representative). The position is full-time and would offer 35 or more hours per week. This role comes with a static schedule, requiring short days on Saturdays:
Sunday: Off
Monday: 730am until 430pm
Tuesday: 730am until 430pm
Wednesday: 730am until 430pm
Thursday: Off
Friday: 730am until 430pm
We are a 4-doctor advanced general practice that specializes in providing high-quality, compassionate, and convenient care for our patients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals and celebrate the human and animal bond.
The VCSR performs record-keeping duties, clerical duties related to patient care and treatment, and provides miscellaneous support to the veterinary practice manager and health care team. These service functions include, but are not limited to, reception (visitor, phone, computer), maintenance of veterinary medical records, cash processing, and other assignments. Our ideal candidate must have computer skills. Trust me, this isn’t just answering phones. Our VCSRs are vital components of the overall team. Our client service team members are the first and final impression of our clinic. We expect our team to be inviting, compassionate, and to develop professional relationships with our clients.
Veterinary client service experience is preferred, though not required.

- Our starting wage, assuming full training will be necessary, is $17.00.
- Advanced skills and veterinary CSR experience are paid at a higher rate, up to $20.00 per hour.
